"I tell you your story", a virtual newspaper that will help us keep details of our children's childhood

Perhaps, before your first child was born, you didn't feel a special predilection for photography and writing a newspaper probably never crossed your mind. But when we become parents for the first time all this usually changes.

We become authentic photo professionals, and treasuring memories of their childhood, such as records of their first words, their daily routines, or their growth charts becomes an almost essential activity. Fortunately, there are mobile applications that are on our side and they facilitate this task, such as the App "I tell you your story", which is much more than a virtual newspaper. Do you know her

What is this App?

Saving photos and videos of our children's childhood is a fantastic thing. It helps us to immortalize moments, to remember its evolution month after month, and never to forget how that birthday party happened, how much we enjoyed this special holiday or how excited your first school day was.

But photography or video only capture the image that our eyes see. The emotion that overwhelmed us at the moment of shooting the camera, the euphoria of our voice or the pride that our heart felt, are sensations that, unfortunately, They are getting lost over time.

Maybe many mothers decide write a paper diary to remember all these things, just like they did when they were pregnant. But sometimes the lack of time makes it complicated, especially if we have more of a child and, therefore, anecdotes and moments to remember multiply.

That is why I was fascinated by this App developed by a couple of first-time parents. It is very complete and through it we can create as many folders as we have children, and bring together videos, photos and written or voice notes. That is, something similar to a virtual newspaper.

Nowadays we always carry the cell phone on top and we do not hesitate to take it out continuously to immortalize everyday, fun, special moments ... But, what if we also take the opportunity to save a recording explaining in real time what is happening and how are we feeling?

Has your son just won his first chess tournament? Well, in addition to a photo or video with his trophy, record how you feel. What comes to mind at that time or what that triumph has meant for your little one after so much effort.

Did your little one just say or do something that has caused you to laugh to tears? Don't forget to record it in a message! It will be a lot of fun to remember the anecdote in the future and listen to the laughs it produced at the time.

The emotion of his birth, his first words, his first steps, his first day of school, his occurrences, his first Christmas, the arrival of the Little Mouse Perez ... All these situations are saved with care through photos and videos, but completing it with an audio file or narrative text is even more shocking.

How does it work and how to download it?

Its download is free, and is available for both Android and iOS.

Personally, I have not found an App too easy and intuitive to handle. Nor does it have any visual appeal, as we can find in other applications of this category. However, everything is a matter of practice and the good thing is that we have a web page where they explain in detail how to use it and the customer service is fabulous and they respond very quickly.

We must not forget occasionally download all files to the computer, so as not to lose them in case of an accident.

In the Android version we can download them by connecting the mobile to the computer and looking for the "AppTecuentotuhistoria" folder that is where the recorded files are stored. We can also do it from the "Share" button, sending the files by mail, by watsapp or by downloading them to Google Drive.

In the version of Iphone, from the "Share" button we can send it by mail, or save the files in the "Files" folder and when we connect the mobile to the computer download what we have stored.

I recognize that this kind of ideas fascinates me because I am very fond of treasuring moments and memories that go beyond the classic photo or video. That is why I recommend downloading this application ... and to record!
