Teachers from around the world

I want to share with you this interesting study that I have found and that shows, in a very graphic and visual way, the differences in the educational models of different countries of the world and, also, the salary that teachers receive for their work, making a comparison of the working conditions of teachers worldwide.

I am sure that this week one of the topics of reflection and conversation of parents is the Education and to what extent the reforms will influence the quality of education, especially when talking about increasing the ratios in the classrooms.

I can't really tell you if all the data is real, because, among other things, I have found that it indicates that the average number of students per teacher in Spain is 14 in Primary, something that I think is a much lower ratio than the current one. I suppose that the average has been done including the classrooms of the rural schools, but, anyway, it seems very low.

I invite you to consult the complete scheme on the Soshable website and tell us what you think.

I think, anyway, interesting to reflect on what they are the ideal circumstances for a teacher to carry out his work in the best possible way, the salary that should be earned for a job that I consider one of the most important in society and, of course, how many hours and how many students would be adequate so that I could accompany them in their education helping them to develop all their potential.

A comparison of the working conditions of teachers around the world I think it is a good basis for us to begin discussing what would be the way in which children could receive the best possible education.
