Complete the school, UNICEF website on the right to education

Sometimes we have told you that organizations such as UNESCO and UNICEF have a program that aims to educate everyone, but it is a challenge that is still far from being achieved. Thus UNICEF has launched the website “Complete the school” on the right to education.

“A right to grow, a duty to share” is the motto of this project that aims to realize the right of all children to education, and that follows other previous initiatives, such as “Children Outside of School”, which aims to All children receive appropriate training in 2015.

In Latin America and the Caribbean, this process has resulted in the production of studies of educational exclusion in Colombia, Brazil and Bolivia, and in the construction of a regional report.

Through the analysis of statistical information on children and adolescents outside of school, the identification of the factors of exclusion from schooling and the presentation of policies to overcome exclusion, we try to clarify this issue and emphasize the shortcomings and needs so that no children are left out of school.
