The largest baby in the history of Germany is born through vaginal delivery

Last Wednesday he was born in Germany a girl who broke all weight records in that country. Jasleen came to the world with 57.5 cm tall and with a weight of 6,110 kg, and at the moment he is still in the neonatology service of the University Hospital of Leipzig.

The most surprising thing, I would say, is that the girl was born through vaginal delivery. The reason the girl weighed so much is that her mother had undiagnosed gestational diabetes. In fact, he only appeared in the hospital to give birth, without any previous pregnancy control.

It is certainly a very high weight for a newborn, especially if we consider that there are babies 5 and 6 months of age who weigh the same. Now, the Guinness record is still far away, since it belongs to a child born in 1879 in Ohio. The baby weighed 10,480 kg and, unfortunately, died 11 hours after birth.

Although it may seem otherwise, A baby born with too much weight can be born with some health problems. That is why Jasleen is still in neonatology, although the German newspaper Der Spiegel has declared that both the mother and the girl are in good health. Hopefully everything goes well and that the little big Jasleen can leave soon.
