In addition to delicious, They can be an excellent gift to take to birthdays, parties and other events in which children are protagonists, simply wrapping them in a cellophane paper.

Ingredients to make 10-12 chocolates

  • 1 tablet of milk chocolate and 1/2 of white chocolate, almonds to sprinkle and decorate

How to make homemade white chocolate and milk chocolate chocolates

We start by melting the different chocolates in separate bowls. I usually do it in the microwave giving several batches of one minute, stirring between them so that the chocolate does not burn. Once we see it fluid, -you can check it by putting and lifting a fork to see that it is well melted-, we take the two containers to the table to work with the kids.

We put a baking paper on the table and on it, we let the children pour a tablespoon of melted milk chocolate. With the back of the spoon, they can extend it so that it is more or less with a circular shape. Then, with a teaspoon of dessert, we put a white chocolate stick in the center.

The funniest part for children is usually the one that comes next. Armed with a stick or a skewer stick, they have to remove at full speed forming a fun drawing with the mixture of the two chocolates. Finally, sprinkle with almond crocanti or filleted almonds for decoration.

We repeat the operation until we run out of chocolate. You can get between 10 and 20 chocolates depending on the size you make them. Once finished, we let the chocolates cool and after about ten minutes they can be separated from the paper no problem. If you want to stack them as in the first photo, it is convenient to put some strips of baking paper between each one to prevent them from sticking together.
