The precious story of a baby and a dog who were born the same day and believe they are brothers

As they usually say, The dog is man's best friend, and this is precisely what young children discover when they meet the family dog, or when suddenly, mom and dad bring a dog home.

What does not usually happen is what I tell you today, that a baby grow up from a very young age with a dog that was born the same day and that both have such a close relationship that probably think they are brothers. Add to the story that the boy's mother is Ivette Ivens, a photographer we love, and we already have a beautiful, beautifully documented story.

The "culprit" that they both met was her, the mother, who one day saw the date of birth of a Bulldog puppy, which coincided with that of her son Dilan, and felt they were destined to meet and live together.

This is how Farley, the puppy, came home and met the baby who would soon become his inseparable companion: they sleep together, eat together and even bathe together.

Such is the relationship that the puppy follows the baby everywhere. As she explains in the Daily Mail, when they sleep it seems that she even tries not to snore so as not to disturb Dilan, and the relationship is such that He has long suspected that the baby thinks Farley is his little brother. Your hairy little brother.

She, in fact, takes it with a lot of humor and philosophy, because she also says that the dog helps her a lot: "Clean up Dilan's mess after eating and always lick Dilan's neck if he's crying, until he manages to start laughing out loud. It's beautiful.".

And since Ivette is a true photography artist, as she already showed us in her collection "Goddesses of breastfeeding", Dilan and Farley's photos are so pretty that deserve to be shared:

And won't it be bad for the baby to always be with the dog?

I suppose that most of you think they are beautiful photos and that both of you must have an incredible relationship that is sure to last for many years. Perhaps some of you are thinking that it is not the most appropriate relationship, since dogs are not what is said to be very hygienic, and that there could be a risk that the baby will take some more disease.

Calm down, you are not alone. Many people think like that. What happens is that studies seem to say the opposite, as we explained a while ago, and it has been seen that children who live with pets have 30% less respiratory infections like cough, rhinitis and fever, as well as 50% less ear infections. Further, they need less antibiotics during their first year of life than minors without contact with pets.

If you were thinking of having a dog but the arrival of the baby pulled you back you know, there is no reason not to have it and put them together.
