The Dutch photographer Marry Fermont, dedicated to births, already gave us a few months ago some beautiful images of newborns in a fetal position, as they were inside the womb and now it surprises us with 34 photos of that magical moment when parents first see their baby. Do you remember it?
Marry was present in more than one hundred deliveries in which she captured moments full of emotion. This series has been called "The First Moments" (The First Moments), as it reflects that indescribable moment in which, after so many months of waiting, dad and mom finally know the face of your baby.
There are so many emotions that conjugate at that time that I would not know how to describe it. Happiness, relief, amazement, pride, love, euphoria ... For me, there have been three moments that I will never forget. I close my eyes and I can remember each one as if I were living it again. His little face, his little hands, the skin folds, his smell ...
