When duty calls: a midwife interrupts her aesthetic appointment to attend a delivery

Many births are usually unpredictable. Although for weeks or months we know the probable date of delivery, sometimes the only one who has the final decision on the date of birth is the baby.

And if someone knows well about these issues, he is a midwife. Most are prepared to take action at any time, but sometimes when the baby is coming, you have to leave everything and run away.

This happened to Carrie Hall, a midwife who was dyeing herself in aesthetics when he had to pause everything to get a baby.

Carrie had made an appointment in aesthetics a few months in advance, because her stylist is a much sought after. On the day of the appointment the mother went into labor, but the nurses told him that everything was slow and that it would take a few more hours to get the baby out, so he went to his appointment as he had planned.

But they were just putting the dye when they called to let him know the baby was about to arrive. And as it was, With dye and aluminum foil on his head, he ran to receive the baby, because when duty calls, you have to go.

The anecdote seemed so funny and unique that he sent the photograph with her hair half dyed and holding the baby He had just received the school where he studied. They shared it on their Facebook page accompanied by the message she sent them: "First time of all! I thought I should share it! I was in the living room when nature called me!"

Once he received the baby, he returned to the aesthetic and finished his dye. "Fortunately the mother had the baby in 20 minutes. Then I got in my car, went to the aesthetic and they finished fixing my hair. Needless to say, Mom, baby and my hair are very good!", commented in an interview for Fit Pregnancy.
