A mother creates a line of clothes for girls, because she got tired of finding only shorts that were too short

In recent years we have seen a series of news concerning children's clothing, which seeks to end the typical gender stereotypes that have prevailed for decades: girls wear pink and boys wear blue.

They are several brands that have started offering clothing that does not reinforce these stereotypes, from eliminating gender labeling in their garments, to offering gender neutral clothing lines. All this helps children choose freely the colors and designs they want to wear, without resorting to the famous phrase "that's for boys / girls."

Now, a mother who was tired of dealing with the too short options of shorts for girls she found for her daughters, she decided to launch her own line of clothes for girls.

Most brands have very defined and differentiated which garments are for girls and which are for boys. Regularly, pink clothes predominate in girls' clothes, ornaments with glitter and cute figures or with phrases that highlight the sweet and tender side of them.

But there a particular garment, which has a very marked difference between each gender: the shorts. Those of a girl are usually short and tight to the body, while those of a child are long - usually up to the knee or even longer - and are loose.

Sharon Choksi, is the mother noticed that that was a problem and that it was even something that bothered her daughter and her niece, because they wanted clothes that allowed them to play freely and that also was not the typical clothes in pink or with flights .

So inspired by them, she decided to create her own clothing line, which she called "Girls will be", and whose name she complements by matching words like: strong, unique and intelligent, and reflecting the purpose of What you want to do with your brand: allow girls to enjoy their childhood and play, run, jump and have fun while wearing comfortable clothes.

"Many girls are not comfortable in those clothes that are tight to the body, but that does not mean that they want to wear loose and square clothes in the boys section", says Sharon for Parents, so he decided to create something that was right in the middle of those two options.

She plans that more types of clothing such as swimsuits and pajamas will be offered in the future, and that can find appropriate clothing for the lifestyle that most girls have, and not just miniature versions of adult clothing, such as the famous shorts that are too short.
