If instead take a bottle, we must exercise extreme hygiene. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the food, scrub the bottle, nipple and thread with hot water and soap, rinsing them with plenty of water.

Do not take advantage of leftovers from previous shots, since milk is a breeding ground for many bacteria that reproduce at high speed with heat. As for toys and pacifiersWe already know that toys are often on the floor, so it is convenient before offering them to wash them with warm water.

As for the clothes, all of it must be subject to special attention. Especially the garments that come directly in contact with the baby's skin. It is better to wash your clothes separately and with a neutral soap, rinsing them very well.Remember to wash new clothes before releasing them as they may have chemicals and dust.

There are many possible very common sources of infection, the kitchen, the bathroom, a pet, etc. The food remains that are usually left on the countertop or in the sink, are those that can cause germs such as salmonella. Therefore we must clean very well the utensils with which we prepare the baby's food.

The changing room and the bathtub are usually in the bathroom, they should be washed with plenty of water after use. Also remember to change the sponge you use for your hygiene very often. The floor of the bathroom will be perfect if we always scrub it by adding a little bleach.

With animals, it is better that the baby does not touch them, much less kiss them. Animals are usually carriers of germs, despite the confidence we have in cleaning the animal.
