Tips to achieve pregnancy

What you have to do you already know, but there are some good tricks about how and when they can help you achieve a pregnancy more quickly.

Having sex the day before, or the day of ovulation increases the chances of getting pregnant. A few days before ovulating, the cervix makes a cervical mucus that makes it easier for sperm to travel to the uterus. For more accuracy, you can have an ovulation test, which measures the hormone LH in your urine, or take your basal temperature as soon as you get up. You can detect that cervical mucus yourself. Two or three days before ovulation the flow is abundant, transparent and forms threads (similar to egg white).

Another important factor is the frequency in sexual intercourse. Doing it every day does not imply a greater chance of getting pregnant. The sperm survive in the fertile mucus for 3 to 5 days, so the ideal frequency would be every 2 or 3 days. Daily relationships impair semen quality by not allowing proper sperm production.

Regarding the postures, you should practice positions that facilitate the arrival of sperm to the uterus. Logically, standing positions or those that drain semen from the vagina are not recommended.
