Cook healthy during pregnancy

We already know that during pregnancy care should be taken even more for feeding, both for the baby that is growing in the womb, and for the health of the future mother and even for a good development of childbirth.

You should think about how it is more convenient to cook a food to get the most out of it, as some types of cooking lose vitamins and mineral salts necessary for the body. Ideally, steam the vegetables, because if they are boiled, many of the vitamins and minerals are lost in the water. Whenever you can also eat raw vegetables, you just have to consider washing them well before eating them.

Meat and fish should be grilled or roasted, using little salt and taking advantage of the virtues of raw olive oil. Avoid fried foods, fatty meats and over-elaborated sauces that complicate digestion.

Forget about fried eggs and avoid refined sugars, although sweets generally seduce a lot, it is convenient to limit their consumption.
