Farewell for being pregnant?

Spain is a democratic country, we can say that our standard of living is quite acceptable and that the rights of people are minimally guaranteed, although sometimes, the news can make us believe that it is not so.

On some occasion we have mentioned that there is some labor discrimination on the part of the company when a woman is pregnant, and proof of this is the one that has recently been announced, and a ruling has already been issued by the Constitutional Court in the case of a future mom who was fired by the company when she reported that she was waiting for a baby.

Although in the beginning the company was justified by arguing other reasons for the dismissal, the truth is that the Constitutional Court has annulled said dismissal because it understands that the company discriminated against the employee because of sex and the subsequent news of pregnancy, since they did not exist Justified causes such as labor errors to be fired. The company at no time could demonstrate the facts maintained and that caused the dismissal of the future mom. It is not an isolated case, although if one of the few reported, such a situation must be reported, it will be the only way to combat discrimination and defend the rights of future moms.
