From Thursday of this week it will take place in Segovia and elsewhere in Castilla y León and the Community of Madrid on Titirimundi International Festival, dedicated to the magical world of puppets.
It will be for a week, from May 8 to 15, when many children and adults have the opportunity to enjoy a show with ancient roots that seeks to tell us stories and arouse our imagination.
Dozens of puppeteer companies from around the world will meet for a week with multiple shows, especially in Segovia and in Madrid. Puppets, puppets, pampering, dancing, theater without words, musical theater ... will be protagonists in this "miniature" theater game.
"The 3 musketeers", "The wolf is coming", "Tales of Witches", "Circus in the threads", "Wonders of the East" ... are some of the stories we will find in the extensive program of the Festival. Some shows are more traditional, others more innovative, and some show us the puppets characteristic of other distant cultures.
There are some free shows, although in general the prices vary between 3 and 6 euros for children.
