Stories to see and hear on the internet

At the request of my oldest daughter I have been diving through the net in search of Children's Stories. I have found resources of all kinds, some better than others, but none as complete as I would have liked. Ideally, a site that incorporates visual and sound elements at the same time and that navigation is easy for children to use.

Anyway, there are some very interesting sites that attract the attention of children and encourage them to be interested in stories, although I must confess that it has been disconcerting to find such different versions of Little Red Riding Hood.

In Pequelandia we can find a repertoire of stories classified in stories of always, famous stories, those of Disney, and children, although all of them are childish. The texts are fine, they are short, with a reading time that I estimate in about 3 minutes.

On the web A thousand stories we can find 19 stories (at the moment) between famous and unknown stories that incorporate a novelty. The texts are very short but include audio with the voice of children telling the stories. The idea is very nice but the children are not fully understood the story, however the illustrations are very good.

In Garabato the repertoire of stories is much more extensive. The store of stories, as they call it, contains more than 600 stories in alphabetical order as well as some audio discounts, poems, children's plays and riddles, among other resources.

On the Project Home Living room site you will find 12 audio discounts with traditional titles such as Little Red Riding Hood, Simbad the Sailor, Snow White or Puss in Boots. They are very well told but the audio is not accompanied by illustrations.

EnCuentos also collects texts from children's literature, both independent authors and great authors, and can also be heard, although it is a pretty bad automatic phrase.

In Morella Jimenez we find 16 stories in audio file, with an approximate duration of between 3 and 4 minutes. The stories are well understood but not accompanied by illustrations.

So far I have found these sites and one that I have reserved to write an exclusive post because it is really worth it. If you know any good place to see and hear children's stories we will be happy to share it with us.
