Our children should be born in environments similar to the place where they were conceived and not in environments closer to the disease than to health and life.
Countries that comply with WHO recommendations on births have well-conditioned hospitals and delivery centers in this regard and their medicalization rates (inductions, episiotomy, forceps, caesarean sections, etc.) are much lower than those that do not they meet them and with better safety figures too.
Childbirth as our anatomy dictates is slow and you must respect your own pace and demands: vertical position following the law of gravity, freedom of movement, etc.
In addition, excess medicalization and anti-natural practices, when not justified by pathologies (less than 10% of deliveries) also take their toll: more pain and side effects. For example: the contractions produced by synthetic oxytocin hurt much more and are more frequent than natural ones.

Birth is a sacred act and as such you have to respect it. The birth protocols and the attitude of many professionals are already changing in favor of physiology, now they need to be fulfilled and that women support them.
