Tallimeter with child restraint systems

Within the campaign on the use of child restraint systems (SRI), and carried out by the firm Play and the Royal Automobile Club of Spain (RACE), we find a curious information table. It is a document that we can download in pdf., Called "tallimeter", which graphically illustrates what the groups of SRIs are and the appropriate measures and weight for each one.

We find the retention systems from Group 0 (carrycot, up to 10kg and 76 centimeters), rising in the size of the subway, to Group 3 at the top (elevator with or without backrest, from 22 to 36 kg and 115 to 150 cm.).

They also remind us that, although the rule indicates that children should go in an SRI until they measure 135 centimeters, it is convenient, for their safety, that they do so until they are 12 years old or reach 150 cm.

Recall that this campaign has the collaboration of the Spanish Association of Pediatrics, and that, with the name "They need you, Protégeles!", They intend to raise awareness about the need for the use of child restraint systems in our vehicles. No doubt a necessary task, given the high percentage of babies and children who do not travel by car with the appropriate safety measures.

This "tallimeter" has seemed to me an interesting document, quite explicit, since the meter is accompanied, at the corresponding height, by an image of the retention system and an explanation of it. So we form a correct idea of the group that we must use in each measure, in each weight and in each moment for the safety of our children.
