What would you think of the potitos if they had Michelin Star?

  • Nacho Manzano, from the Casa Marcial Restaurant and La Salgar in Gijón, has made a "Potito de pitu de caleya", which has chicken, tomato, onion, garlic, pepper, carrot, rice, potato and oil among other ingredients.
  • José Antonio Campoviejo, from the Restaurant El Corral del Indianu, in Arriondas, offers us a recipe for "Hake Potito with vegetables", whose ingredients are skewered hake, potato, carrot, leeks, parsley, bay leaf, onion, oil, ...
  • Isaac Loya, from the Real Balneario Restaurant, in Salinas, has made a "Potito de monkfish with tomato and pasta" which has as ingredients oil, monkfish fillet, tomato, pasta, lemon and bird broth.

The chefs used products from the garden, the countryside and the sea with the assumptions that the child was knowing the flavors little by little, that it was homemade, healthy food with top quality products and that at the same time it was cheap and easy for To be able to do at home.
