Highlights in Babies and more: from December 27 to January 2

Today as every week we offer you a summary of highlights of the last week in Babies and more.

Since we are in the middle of the Christmas season, it's time to talk about toys and that's why we've made an ode to silent toys and that's why we've also talked about the (fearsome) avalanche of educational toys.

About pregnancy, we have heard a story that says that folic acid and iron in pregnancy would help to have smarter children and we have talked about the time of birth, by asking: Will your life condition be born at the end of the year? and if it is better to be born in December than in January.

Another of the most commented topics these days, related to childbirth, is the baby check, since it disappeared on January 1. That is why we have commented on how some mothers tried to give birth before that day at the entrance "Either born today, or I am left without a baby check" and we have also talked about the first children without a baby check.

We have once again touched on the issue of home security, explaining that we must take special precautions with button batteries and talking about the dangers of home poisoning: cleaning products and other home poisoning hazards.

With regard to our role as parents, we have talked about how to take care of premature babies, of cycling young children, how beneficial it can be for them to let them take things out of the drawers and Mireia explains an interesting Reflection in the entry "I like arisco children."

We have also commented on how curious and funny it can be to see us dressing an octopus and we have talked about how stimulating home chemistry experiments can be.

Finally, we have reviewed, as the year changes, the most seen in 2010 of Babies and more and what we consider to have been the best of 2010 in Babies and more.

We hope that this week the contents of Babies and more find them interesting, enjoyable and practical. We will work to make it happen.
