Whenever our son hits a stretch and it no longer fits in his clothes, we pull our hair. There are times that we buy a shirt for our son and after two months it does not fit, it gives the feeling that they grow from one day to another.
There are countless things that can be done with a child's used clothes, such as giving it to his cousins, donating it to charity houses, breaking it and using it as rags to clean the house ... or make a Cotton bag with a used shirt.
Making the bag is very simple, if your child is not too small, you can do it with them:
Necessary material
- An old t-shirt
- Scissors
- Sewing needle and thread (you can use thick needles suitable for children)
How is it done
- We cut the shirt by the seams: sleeves, neck and hem, as shown in the photo.
- You we turn the shirt and sew the bass. It is a way of teaching our children to sew. If they do not do everything right, we can finish the job ourselves, but surely if they do, at least they can be used to use the toy bag.
- We turn the shirt back and we have our bag!
