Hotel Transylvania is the place where monsters rest in peace and have fun

Hotel Transylvania It is one of the most attractive films for children this fall 2012. It is a cartoon work by Sony Pictures directed by Genndy Tartakovsky which the kids know for works such as Dexter's laboratory, Star Wars: Clone Wars or Samurai Jack. The film introduces the classic monsters: werewolf, Frankestein, the mummy, invisible man and Dracula as hilarious characters who are very worried about having a leisure place, the Hotel Transylvania, to escape the eyes and the threat of the humans.

The scriptwriters are David I. Stern, Dan and Kevin Hageman who draw an idyllic and fantastic setting for the monsters until a human appears and problems begin to appear. In my opinion the real plot of the movie, and the one that is making the kids, especially they like the movie a lot, is the protection that Dracula establishes on his daughter Mavis and that allows a lot of funny situations to appear with the appearance of the human. The movie script can be said to include a subplot that explains the difficulties of the relationship between parents and children, especially when they turn 118 years old! And for the rest of the kids, the kids and the little ones, the movie is a parade of fantastic, funny and very attractive characters (Watch out for merchandising!). The bats in which vampires become, as you can see in the trailer, they are adorable.

The film also has the attractiveness of dubbing in Spanish. The protagonist vampire is the voice of Santiago Segura who performs a very beautiful dubbing and full of nuances with Dracula and his forced Transylvanian accent (whatever that accent is). Mario Vaquerizo is also added as Dracula and Alaska as Frankestein's Bride. The girl is made by Clara Lago and the young human is Dani Martínez.

The atmosphere of the film is beautiful, the hotel is recreated fantastically, the characters are drawn in detail and although we saw it in 3D I thought it was not essential to have a great time. I loved Dracula's ambience with his movements, his gestures, his thoughts and with a final rap that raised all the kids in the room to start dancing.
