If your children donate a new toy, the Madrid Cable Car will give them a round trip

The Madrid Cable Car gives a round trip for each new toy that children deliver, gown on January 5. Do you know who benefits from this initiative? Well, for people with intellectual disabilities with whom the Hands Tendidas Foundation works, since toys are aimed at helping the physical and psychological rehabilitation, as well as their social integration.

Any child under the age of 14 can participate, and of course, it would be very convenient for them to explain the end of their collaboration, so that they understand the importance of an act as simple as important. In this sense I agree with the companion Nuria Ovejero (of Daily Savings), who explains that it would be even nicer if we taught to donate without reward, and more in the case of new objects.

After all, how many new toys end up 'parked' for lack of interest?

It seems that last year a total of 200 people with special educational needs benefited directly from the initiative, and after the success, the Madrid Cable Car repeated the call, and To do this, he has assigned one of his cabins (at Rosales station) in order to store the donated toys, hoping that more than one is necessary due to the volume received.

The time you can go to participate is from 11 to 18 in an interrupted manner, except for today and December 31 (which closes at 16 hours). The Madrid Cable Car is located on Paseo del Pintor Rosales, on the corner of Marqués de Urquijo Street, 5 minutes walk from the Temple of Debod and the Argüelles metro.

In addition, all children visiting the Cable Car will have a surprise in the cafeteria-viewpoint, since Santa Claus himself will be waiting for them to deliver their gift card and enjoy a delicious hot chocolate with churros for only € 3.5 or with donut for € 2.5, with the wonderful views of the Country House in the background
