A separate Australian father has managed to legally impose vaccination on his two children

In early April I read a story that I wanted to share with you even if several days have passed. Refers to a judgment of an Australian Family Court that has owed impose the vaccination of two children under 14 and 12 years old. Their parents are separated, and during the proceedings to decide custody of the children, the father had to resort to justice in the face of the mother's systematic refusal to take them to the doctor to receive certain vaccines. You can imagine that the mother is against immunization, and in her particular case, she has been claiming that for her children the risk of suffering damage due to vaccines was high due to various allergies children suffer, and to the conviction that they are related to autism. Although during the process, an immunology specialist credited his good health, and the absence of allergies.

It seems that while the couple remained stable, the father supported the decision not to vaccinate, but after time, he had to intervene claiming that his children were missing different school and extra curricular activities, due to different infectious processes (with cause attributed to non vaccination). For this 52 year old man the socialization of your children is very important, a fact that has led him to start the process.

Although the mother had the order to vaccinate the children for some time, she has been deliberately delaying her execution, and in favor she has stated that she has not been allowed to present medical evidence to prove that for her children it would be negative to receive the ordered vaccination. But she is reproached for having superimposed her own interests on those of her children.

I have read that the father has been granted primary custody, what has motivated not only that children are immunized, but have adopted a complete diet, because they were also being fed a low in salicylates and amines.

My intention with this post is to introduce a topic that we will have to expand soon, and that is related to the so-called “shared health custody”. This has motivated different regional administrations in Spain, to intervene in favor of fathers or mothers who do not have custody of their children, and those who only see according to the agreed visitation regime. This is because there have been cases of parents who learn about surgical operations or administration of special medication, a posteriori, and without having been able to intervene in the decision.
