"He has returned with twelve briefs, eleven of them unused": the funny anecdote around his son's camp

Most of the mothers that we have sent to our camp children, we have anecdotes to tell when they return, when we open their backpack and we find surprises.

That's why when I read the post that Lydia had shared on Twitter, I felt totally identified: his eight-year-old son had been in camp for two weeks and had returned with 12 briefs, eleven of them unused.

'Post camp' anecdotes for all tastes

Following the publication of Lucas's mother on Twitter, 'confessions' of mothers began to appear that make us rethink the first independent departure of our children and how little or nothing they listen to or pay attention to our efforts to take care of their cleanliness and integrity

At least that is my point of view, after the return, only a few days ago, of my son from a fifteen-day camp. How is it possible that he wore clothes only for eight days (because they were supposed to do laundry) and "Although nobody knew anything about it" (your text words) will return with socks, underpants, shirts and unused shoes?

In addition, he never found the gel (the shampoo was used for everything), nor were there flip flops (he never looked for them) but he did bring the canteens they gave them in duplicate (one of his companions would not have any). Maybe he bought the dirty clothes that included his backpack and that I hadn't put in?

But Lydia has come out competitors in terms of 'children's holiday hygiene'. In just four days it has been more than 6,600 likes and the number does not stop rising.

These are some of the maternal curiosities about their children in summer camps. Do you sound?

And if for some strange reason we ask ourselves if the fault is ours for not educating them well, you just have to stay with the comment made by an old camp monitor and that, if we ask our children, they will be right.

And as Natalia says, "Everyone does the same."

But we can keep the spirits of those who claim that it is about 'a passing fad', which is solved over the years.

Do you have any anecdote to tell us about your children in their first camp? Do not cut yourself in sharing it, because if Lydia's tweet has been retweeted more than 1,500 times it is because many of us have a Lucas at home.
