Photo contest at the Costume Museum: how do you dress, how do you see?

The Costume Museum organizes the VIII Edition of the photo contest How do you dress, how do you see? which aims to capture what are the ways and fashions of today's youth. It is a contest aimed at young people between 12 and 18 years so that they themselves reflect in images what they use to dress, how they identify and differentiate. This is a very interesting proposal for creative young people in photography and fashion. I also dare to say that it is a very good way to collect in images the characteristics of youth in Spain. I have been looking at images from previous editions and it is a good practice that illustrates the current fashion situation among children and adolescents.

To participate in the Costume Museum contest you have to be between 12 and 18 years old, with residence in Spain. The photographs must be original and unpublished and the works may not have been previously disseminated or reproduced in any form of support (written publications, web pages, Facebook, fotologs, Tuenti, Twitter, etc.) The works must be individual and each contestant may submit a maximum of three photographs digital in jpg format at 300 dpi.

In addition to the images you must send the registration form that can be seen on the website of the Museum. The contest offers as a prize cameras and tablets. The first prize is a Reflex digital camera, the second and the third are a compact digital camera and there will also be a special prize from the public that is a mini tablet.

The jury will consist of four people who will choose the three winning photographs. The Special Prize of the Public is resolved with a popular vote, through the website of the Museum where the participating photographs and a voting form will be posted. The Contest deadline is April 19, 2013 so from April 25 to May 5 you can vote.
